Freemasonry...
a way of life...

Freemasonry is about people helping people. Its teachings are built around concern for others, by caring for those in trouble, distress, sickness or need. Freemasons support the golden rule - do unto others as you would wish them to do unto you - and recognise all people as equal, regardless of race, creed or social qualifications.

Freemasonry is a universal organisation; an ethic for living; kindness in the home; honesty in business; courtesy toward others; dependability in work; compassion and concern for the less fortunate; tolerance toward one's fellow beings; resistance to evil; help for the weak; love for one another; reverence and love for a Supreme Being.

Freemasonry is, most of all, a universally accepted way of life. It offers fellowship, character building and a form of adult education, geared to the development of the individual as a contributing member to the welfare of the community.
